The double Jubilee – 10 Years World NGO Day – 75 years Council of Europe.
The Conference of INGOs of the Council of Europe plans to commemorate some significant anniversaries in Strasbourg and online. They will do it alongside the founder of World NGO Day, Marcis Skadmanis, tackling the significant challenge of our time – Artificial Intelligence and its potential effect on Democracy and Human Rights. This topic is of great importance to both Civil Society and the Council of Europe.
