Route
The E-8 route runs along the Beskid Niski and the Bieszczady part of the Main Beskid Trail. The main trail in the Beskids, named after Kazimierz Sosnowski (GSB), marked in red is the longest trail in the Polish mountains, it is about 496 km long. Each of the mountain peaks or ranges has its own unique climatic and geological side. In the Bieszczady Mountains, we meet an extraordinary landscape of meadows, mountain meadows with beautiful mountain panoramas. During trekking, you can stay in many tourist hostels.
The Low Beskid is today the wildest mountain range in Poland with small elevations and a small number of tourists. The peculiarity of the Low Beskids are the charming valleys of non-existent villages.

Practical
Accomodation
Hotels and guesthouses (or places to rest for tents during the holiday season) can be found at least every 10 – 20 km. They are available all year round.
Gear
Apart from the standard equipment of a mountain tourist, you do not need any special equipment.
