E12 in Croatia

Route

The European hiking trail E12 in Croatia lets you know the most beautiful parts of the Istrian peninsula. The road enters Croatia at the international border crossing Plovanija and leads along the route of the former Parenzana railway to the lovely town of Grožnjan. The road continues through picturesque Istrian landscapes towards Brtonigla, Kaštelir, and the town of Poreč.
