This 5-hour medium difficulty hike is dedicated to those who like to use all their senses when exploring new places.
The route that connects Păltiniș to Rășinari, after crossing the wooded area with conifers near the resort, offers spectacular scenery of the city of Sibiu and the villages of Mărginimea Sibiului. Near the Apa Cumpănita Saddle, you can also see the western ridge of the Făgăraș Mountains and the Lotru Mountains, the trail then sliding through the meadows and huts to the Rășinari.
